In response to your email dated March 11th instant, I would like to inform you that I have discussed with our board your proposal. The board has agreed for your closure of 661 Restaurant from March 31st to May 31, 2015. This period will be FOC.
A new rental agreement will be given to you as you have suggested under a new restaurant name, a new concept and a new menu. The new rental period will be starting on June 1, 2015 at the current rate of 375,009 baht per month for an area of 886.54 square meters equaling 423 baht per square meter exclusive of insurance and household taxes.
The contract duration is valid for 3 years with option to renew for another 3 years. The 3rd year's rent will be 431,260 baht per month at 486 baht per square meter beginning June 1, 2017. The fourth year rent 474,386 baht per month equaling 535 baht per square meter and a 10 per cent increment every year thereafter ending on May 31, 2021.
