All food is prepared on a daily basis in the hotel. All our cooking processes fully comply with international standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Hot dishes are prepared at high temperatures and cold dishes are stored in a low temperature environment at all times to prevent any risk of contamination.
The hotel water supply is additionally cleaned using the reverse osmosis system before being used in the hotel kitchens.
Our dish washing process utilizes extremely high temperature water and is delivered to automatic washing machines.
All staff are fully trained in food safety and hygiene procedures and the management team carries out regular checks and follow-ups to ensure that standards and fully complied with.
The safety and comfort of our guests during their stay with us is always our highest priority. The hotel is confident that our food hygiene, safety and general cleanliness procedures meet and exceed any legislated our industry standards.
We take your compliant very seriously and I have conducted a search of other group events and guests using our hotel in the same period. I found that no other cased of food poisoning, diarrhea or other gastro-intestinal infections have been reported.
