not significantly decrease during storage for 12 weeks at 4
C and
remained higher than 107 CFU/portion after 84 days of refrigerated
storage. After 84 days, when inoculated at 1010 CFU/portion, culturable
counts of R0052 mixed with BB12 (Combination: HA) were
significantly lower than those obtained for combinations RH and
RHA and dropped 3 log CFU below those of samples inoculated at
108 CFU/portion
