The meeting room A1 at Admin building , B1 at control building and CMT will be available for people who are working at the building where no have electricity supply.
In order to optimize maintenance time during the outage. The freeze for request maintenance work order is on February 6th ,2015
M&R will organize on regular basis outage meetings
1. Please ensure that you create the work request in Ivara before the freezing date.
2. Please make sure that you /representatives of departments are present at these meetings.
3. Please provide timely detailed input to planner about plans and activities. In order to prevent issue due to conflicts in availability of people and equipment i.e. confined space permit
