Then another separate summary on Lateness & all kind of Leave for office staffs (only Ple design is with office staff) and Production staff.
So I need 4 pages OK. Use the date from Aug 2015. After you did It show to your sister and Mom and ask for their comment. See if they understand your 4 pages. I want to know the below;
1. Who have most – mid – low and reasons. As HR you should know if these OT hour are justify or not. If you don’t know you must talk to those workers manager.
2. In the same dept what is the gap of OT between all workers. If gap is more than20- 25%, you have to find out why the high % work got more OT and the low % person got less OT?
3. For office staffs, after Nut join the team, the OT should be less if still at same level. You have to provide the reason why? Now we have the new form for OT request (apply to office and production staffs) that worker must write in “Reason why they do the OT and how much work will get done”. Then mgr must sign if no approval from mgr and no final approval from MD or if MD is not in office GM will sign. All OT request must submit to MD by 4pm. Which day we start using this new form?
