Through this study the researcher found many results the most important of them: There is a positive relationship
between the uses of electronic commerce (Social Media) and promotion total sales in the study companies, and
positive relationship between use Social Media as a changing tool and the development of sales service, and
finally positive relationship between the use of e-commerce (Social Media) as a changing tool and the sales price
offered to customers in a group of companies in the city of Al Baha in Saudi Arabia.
