Banquet and Catering is consisted 4 main
persons are involved.
◦ Caterer – Company or a person who provide and process the banquet and catering service i.e. hotel, restaurant, convention centre, catering service
◦ Event Organiser – Company or a person who organise, plan and control functions
◦ Customer – A person who gives a concept to
function and takes all expenses of functions ◦ Guests (Participants) – people who articipate the function
