The data is the clear indication of the fact that it is the height which is the determinant factor in making
the difference in work heights because a forward sitting posture is usually accompanied by backward rotation
of pelvic with slackening of sacrum and lumbar vertebrae. Spine above this level is curved into a well
marked kyphosis, which is visible externally as a hunched back. A complete kyphosis is an undesirable
posture to hold for very long. The increased load on the musculature supporting the head produces muscular
pain in neck and the short of the back. In many cases bent back encourages disc trouble. Forward sitting
posture is associated with high compression forces in the intervertebral disc and sitting for long time in this
position encourages degenerative process in the intervertebral discs.
