In general you don't need headphones when listening to isochronic tones. But this video/audio is a blended mix of isochronic frequencies, I can barely hear it from my speakers. So I recommend to use headphones, for the optimal experience.

Anyway... I've no idea if these tones have any effect on the neurons in my brain, maybe it's all placebo?! I don't care, I feel good listening to them, that's whats matter to me. I'm not a neuroscientist. But I do know that "music" can trigger certain feelings in me and music is made of tones, so....
