The component level EMC test setup used currently emulates
the input impedance of an LV automotive power network based
on impedance measurements [8]. The conducted emissions depend
strongly on the load impedances of the disturbance sources
within the device tested [16]. Thus, the component level setup
according to CISPR 25 can only be used for HV systems if the
input impedances of HV networks have similar characteristics
to LV networks.
