Regarding the decision-making process, after having analyzed the organization chart, we noticed that in all three
localities, the decision positions (mayor, vice-mayor, secretary, region promoter, and union leader) belonged
exclusively to men (in the Romanian administration in the period 2008-2012, only 114 women (3.5%) were elected
as mayor in local elections, of which only 7 in the rural areas, resource cited by ALTFEM, pp. 62-63).
