The Supervisor - Human Resources is required to administer the human resources functions focusing on staff recruitment, talent management, staff training and development, and organizational development. The duties include coordinating and administering recruitment and succession planning to facilitate the hiring and retention of high performing employees including coordinating preparation and placement of recruitment advertising, supervising and managing training and development programs to support individual and team development, performing research and analytical reports in order to develop and implement programs that support the strategic recruitment and training plan, and developing and recommending changes to human resources policies and procedures to improve effectiveness and ensure alignment with business strategy.
