While checking out of the hotel, guests were asked to complete a satisfaction
survey regarding 11 aspects of the lodge. Customers had rated Eco
Paraiso as “very good” to “excellent” on physical facilities, meals, ambience,
reception, and ecological elements. About 60 percent of the guests in the
winter season felt that the price/value ration “seemed right,” while approximately
40 percent felt the prices were “too high.” In August, the traditional
vacation month of Mexicans when the guests are mostly nationals,
67 percent of the guests felt the prices were too high. Exhibit 3 shows some
