Study results further indicate that the more benefits Gen Y members receive from online social network, the more engaged they will become with members of that travel community. Therefore, it is important to focus on the area of benefits that Gen Y members obtain from using online social network travel websites: better knowledge of destination hotel, belonging to groups with similar interests and fun using the tools. The study findings suggest that online social network should post timely and exclusive information about the destination or the hospitality organization. Gen Y members tend to socially interact with travel-related online social network if they find them entertaining, customizable and exciting. online social network marketers should eliminate barriers between the users and the content by requiring registration or restricting access. It is also advisable that travel-related online social network encourage and incentivize users to distribute content considerately in travel-related online social network as a strategy to increase social interaction.
