About the screen
The Providing supporting evidence screen contains a List of attachments table and information on attachment limits.
The List of attachments table displays the following:
Evidence
This is the type of supporting documentation required by the department in order to make a decision on the application. If multiple documents have been provided for a particular evidence type, this may be viewed by expanding the evidence type.
Status
This is the status of the attachment. The status will display as:
Required if you have not yet provided a required document to the department.
Received when the document has been received by the department.
Once a document has been received by the department the received date will also be displayed in the Status column.
Filename
This is the filename of the attachment. It will only display once an attachment has been uploaded.
Action
The Attach document link allows you to attach the required document against the specific evidence type. Clicking on the link will open the Attach documents window.
The Delete link allows you to delete an attachment added in error. It will only display once an attachment has been uploaded.
Information on attachment limits is provided underneath the table and includes the number of attachments that have already been received and the maximum number of attachments allowed for the applicant.
