We are getting low conversion and low participation from players on our 14 and 21 days campaign
The expiration date on the 14 and 21 days campaign can be a reason why only a few player qualified for this offer, or maybe not.
Action Plan: during our sales calls, lets ensure players are aware about the expiration dates, importance of creating poker nicknames etc.
Any feedback regarding these offer would help us in continually improving our offers thus, getting better conversion rates
