Application fails to start after upgrading to Internet Explorer 9.
Workaround
This issue occurs because of the Tightened Security option with File Download in Internet Explorer 9. Add the site to the trusted sites list in the Security tab of Internet Options, add the Web Interface site to Trusted Sites list to allow the use of the ActiveX ICA client object for starting the application and also ensure that the ActiveX Filtering feature is not enabled for the Site.
