The reaction was carried out for another 5 d. In the other bioreactors containing natural rocks, a similar reaction to the second bio-reaction was carried out for 5 d in each step. After 30 d (six bioreaction steps), the resultant aqueous solution contained high concentrations of activated soil microorganisms and their metabolic prod- ucts, which can be used as an agricultural material.
