Hi K. Usa
Thanks for your email below. I am referring to after the completion of the liquidation, under the tax regulations do we need to keep all records or just the tax records for 10 years? In the case of accounting records for year 2004 which 10 years have past, do we still need to keep?
Thanks and regards
Lay Ling
Hi Lay Ling,
The company still have to keep for all records incurred, and prepare accounts for auditing and submit PND.50 if liquidation process can’t be completed within one year.
The transaction relating to settlement of AP, accrual and movement of balance sheet have to be shown to officer during liquidation process.
Best regards,
Usa
Dear K. Usa
Thanks for your email below.
Can I check, for the records keeping after the dissolution date is it for all records or only the tax related records (eg: tax comp, tax returns, WHT and VAT filing)? Please advise.
Thanks and regards
Lay Ling
