Job description:
Assist in develop, implement and maintain HR procedures and policies, rules and regulations in compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy
Assist the manager in full spectrum of HR and related functions
Responsible for manage, maintain and update employee personal profiles, HR database and HR system with confidentiality
Perform other miscellaneous jobs as assigned by Manager.
Qualification:
Thai national only
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Minimum of 1 years of work experience in HR functions
Having knowledge of Labor Law and benefits management for multi-national corporations will be advantage
Having experience in Oil & Gas industry will be advantage
Proficiency in PC applications: MS word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Good command of spoken and written English in communication
Willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Flexible, team work, Fast learner and good attitude
