Job Responsibilities :
Introduce, promote and sell Jotun products to responsible customers by regular visiting,maintaining good relationship and obtain market information.
Explore new business opportunities by approaching new potentials to make sure that the company can expand market share and achieve the sales target.
Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget.
Keep customer satisfaction by coordinating with Customer Service, Distribution to ensure timely delivery, good service.
Keep management informed the market situation and competitor activities by reporting the sales activities, market trends, competitor activities and customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction in assigned area of responsibility.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Chemical and Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
Having Basic Protective Coatings knowledge will be advantage.
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
Result Oriented, Hard working, Mature, Logical thinking & Planning
Be very proactive, positive and have “Can Do” attitude.
Customer service and relationship orientation.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in limit time frame.
Good problem solving skill and decision making and be able to adapt to problematical working environment.
Strong experience in Project Sales [Industrial Project (New Fabrication or Maintenance Project) / Petroleum Chemical Industry/ Real Estate Project/ Power or Infrastructure Project.] will be considered as advantage.
