Dear Sit or Madam
l am writing to express my dissatisfection about the treatment that my friend and I received in your restaurant on Saturday, 29 August 2015
First, our table was a arranged in front of the mon's toilet. Although your staff informed us that there was not any other tabla available,
it was hard to understand when I realized that we had made a booking one weck beforehand. What's worso, we were anked to leave at 9.30 pm because another customer had also booked the same table.
Second, we had to wait for almost minutes before the food came up and, in the meantime, we were ,asked to change our order becaus the type of meat we ordered completely ran out. In fact, we only got two out of the five main courses for the order your waitperson orginally took.
Third, your waitperson spilled the water over my friend's clothes. The same waitperson spased the sauce over my shirt for the second time, It seemed to us that there was a lack of training among your staff.
To make matters worse, there was no responso at all when i asked to meet the person in charge of the restaurant on that night. Until a person who introduced himself as a head waitperson asked me to put it in writing, I decided to write this complaint letter to you.
I really hope that from now you will investigate all the said incidents and mistakes, and I am afraid to say that will have no choice but to put the matter in the hands of my lawyers if do not receive your call or a compensation by next week.
