Manage interface with Finance and Vehicle Program Teams (EU, AP, NA) to lead/support all APEM Product Actions from Development of Market Equation through Vehicle Launch Strategy.
Develop and maintain a rolling 5-Year Vehicle Showroom Strategy (including powertrain) for all APEM Markets to maximize sales.
Lead development and execution of continued actions and product synergies to reduce vehicle complexity across APEM markets while maximizing volume.
Lead development of all APEM pricing actions across all vehicle lines including new model launches. Manage the interface with Finance, Operations and Senior Management to gain required approvals.
Support development and execution plans to drive Ford Vehicle Sales Volume across APEM as measured by overall Profit Before Tax, overall revenue, market share, production and market inventory.
Lead in concurring and rejecting proposed TVM actions by align program office’s interest with APEM product proposition
Lead development of market showroom strategies that ensure consumers have the best vehicle offerings to meet their needs. Ensure Ford vehicles offer strong value for money in the product and pricing offerings in APEM Markets.
Support developing and maintaining relationships with key functional areas including vehicle program teams, product marketing, finance, operations, market distributors and senior management.
Support efforts to improve Employee Satisfaction as measured by Pulse and Engagement Surveys.Develop Business Skills/Acumen of APEM Team through market contacts, mentoring, and training.
