To observe the effect of pH on bios

To observe the effect of pH on biosorption of Pb (II) and Cd
(II) by N. muscorum, initial pH values of the medium were
maintained between pH 3 and 8. Experiments were not
performed above pH 8 to avoid the precipitation of metal
hydroxides. The concentration of Pb and Cd was fixed at
80 μg mL−1.
