Process Mining [1] is a technique commonly used in the discovery process with the purpose of facilitating analysis of the business processes based on event logs. Process Mining is capable of extracting (or discovering) new knowledge and insight from an event log by means of novel tools and techniques which are suitable for controlling an enterprise data, or representing the entire processes of an enterprise in terms of the resulting graphs/models (i.e., such as Petri nets, C-nets, BPMN models, Yawl models, and so on) or social network graphs/maps. Process Mining is consisted of 3 main parts/dimensions as follows: process discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement as shown in Fig. 1.
