One other aspect must be considered - the choice of automated or manual testing. At first glance, manual testing would
seem to be less expensive. However, a comparison of the productivity of AUST and the productivity of an operator performing manual testing shows that the costs of manual testing are much higher. A key feature of automated testing is its Objectivity.
In principle, an operator can always become lackadaisical and reject fewer products in order to meet production targets. While such actions might go unnoticed in manual testing, they do not in automatic testing.
Automatic testing units are equipped with a monitoring system that records all of the changes in the parameters and settings during the testing process.
