Consumer’s preference towards type of ornaments may differ according to their age. The relationship between type of ornaments and age are presented in the above table. HO- There is no significant relationship between preference for type of ornaments and age of the consumers. The computed chi-square value is 21.62 which is higher than the table value at 5 percent level of significance. So the hypothesis is rejected. Hence there is significant relationship between preference for type of ornaments and age of the consumers
