Nowadays the economic crisis has affect lifestyles of people. The cost of living has gradually increased :hence; it has created more competition for working people in our society. Workers spend most of their time to his/her work to make a lot of money. They are live in a hurry life and don’t have time to cook by themselves :therefore; they need to eat outside their house for saving time and their own convenience. According to Economic Research Service (ERS)[1] in United States, shows that food away from home expenditures has risen rapidly from about 25% in 1970 to approximate 43% in 2012 and another data from K-ECON analysis[2] in Thailand has also shows that Thai citizens have eat away from home 13 meals per week. Due to food away from home expenditures has play important role in Thailand and others. We need to retain our existing customer while attract new guest by using stategy and managing with high discreet.
