I have two comments:
1.I’m a bit curious how robust the ICT service contract is? Do we receive the report of the Service Level performance from ICT?( so as to know what had happened to our system/ hardware and the rectifications).
Have we assessed or reviewed the contract and PTT ICT maintenance performance?
2. Publicity of slide #22 “What PTTES Staff Must Do” is very important. They have to be prepared before an incident occur. Who is accountable for this communication ?
