Nok Air Crews are wonderful, they make us want to fly again and again, especially Ms. Piromnat Poolvitgjakij ( Nair). She was awesome and willing to help us in bringing our guide dog to Chiang Mai without any questions. She was the one who tried to make our trip pleasant. We will think of flying Nok Air from now on, and we were happy with the service.
However, there is one thing I need help in filing a complaint for Chiang Mai International Airport's staffs, but don't know where I should file the effective complaint. We already did at the airport, but we weren't sure that the executive or higher management knew that their staffs were the worst, especially someone who was called ( เจ้าท่า ทำงาน ตอน 4โมง 40 ตอนเย็น ชึ้น สอง) She was rude and uneducated and we don't know how can she represents Chieng Mai International Airport.
If we know where to file a lawsuit with the Chieng Mai International Airport, we will as they loose because we have a guide dog and we received the worst service at Chieng Mai International Airport. We wonder why the management or executives in Chieng Mai International Airport do not provide adequate knowledge about how to serve people.
I hope Nok Air executives let Chieng Mai International Airport executives know about their uneducated and rude staffs. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
