Your email of 30th June informed us that our order will be leaving Bangkok on 3rd July. You also stated that you will send us all
the documents asap. We reminded you in our email to send us the documents as soon as they are ready.
We only need the Packing List, Invoice and the B/L. We also need a copy of the original B/L, stamped and signed.
We do not need any original copies of these documents!! Please understand that these documents are very important and necessary for us to
process the release of the container from the port, before its arrival.

Your email of July 11th stated that you received the B/L on Friday, 4th July. Why wasn’t a copy sent to us?
The vessel arrived in Singapore on 7th July and without any documents from you to show that our goods have been shipped, how are we
to know for sure that our order has been shipped???
This whole episode is a mess! The container is still sitting in the port as we are still working on the release of our goods as
you only sent us the documents on Friday. As with our previous orders, we will have to incur charges for leaving the container at the port.
This time, the charges are even more as the goods have been there for more than a week now? Are you willing to contribute to the penalty
for this?
We hope that you will understand why sending the shipping documents is so important to us and why we are reminding you about them all the time.
We appreciate your help to ensure that your people will be more responsible in the future and pay more attention to the process of our orders.
