would you please stop forwarding the contact details of Sarah Fiehn and myself to the customer, before shipments are ready for pick up?
I have been contacted several times by the forwarder of Mr. Lim, and didn’t know ANYTHING about a shipment to Myanmar, because we don’t have any shipment in our system.
After that, it was Henry Lim who contacted me and Sarah Fiehn, and once again: We had no information about a shipment to Myanmar in our system.
Sarah Fiehn and myself are responsible for the transport and the documents for it, so we can do our job AFTER our after sales department got the order from you or the customer, after all the articles have been delivered, after our after sales department was able to create a delivery in our SAP system and after our guys are able to pack everything. If these points have been fulfilled, Sarah and me are able to create the documents and start the shipping procedure.
So would you please explain to Mr. Lim, that we have nothing to do with his shipment before it is packed, and he should delete us from his emails?
