Thank you for both the binaural beats and the comprehensive information that follows. I went looking very specifically for a new video when I found myself in a familiar mood caused by outer influences - I was playing the well-rehearsed and deeply ingrained I'm not-good-enough-and-I-should-feel-guilty track - and it occurred to me that to try something new and counter it while the feelings were running strong. I wanted to see if it would work. I'm amazed and delighted with the results. I finished it about an hour ago and I just realized (in the same way you forget you had a headache when it goes away) that after hours of unstoppable repetitive thinking, it stopped (ha! in its tracks!!) This was an excellent piece and it'll be a go-to for me. I do have one question. I notice that these videos seem to become less effective after I've used them a couple of times - I don't mean yours - I just found you and am subscribing now. But in general this happens consistently. Is that normal and is there anyway round it?

Only a few utube purveyors of such recordings offer the comprehensive info that u do with this recording AND THAT IS SO AWESOME OF U. THX! MAYBE AT SOME POINT U WILL ADD INFO RE THE INTER-PLAY OF -is it 'sofflleggio'? - frequencies with binaural and with isochronic as well. Thx again for being so responsible and professional in giving us more specific info on what we are pumping into our brains!!
