First, "ndings from this study show that well-educated
hotel employees were not satis"ed with their jobs. In
general, they are more aggressive and have a higher
degree of unmet expectations than the others. To
trade-o! their normative unmet expectations, hotels may
provide job rotation opportunities, particularly, for
well-educated employees with potential. New environment,
new knowledge and learning of new information as
a result of a job rotation programme may produce high
motivation. Importantly, the exposure to di!erent
job functions can help them develop, and prepare for
promotion in the future.
