(Main Duties and Responsibilities)
- Conduct the sales activities via mail, E-mail, and/or other proper instruments.
- Meet / propose direct sales to target customers and close sales ASAP.
- Manage to conduct marketing activities in order to obtain the numbers of customer as per plan.
- Support CS activities in order to gain benefit and good relationships with the current customers.
- Coordinate with related parties both in work and other activities. Also support related parties in order to create the good corporation among these people, achieve the company goal, and create the customer satisfaction.
- Assist to create and implement the strategic planning according to company policy. Create the strategic instruments for present and future situations. Analyze the possibilities and sort out the preventive and corrective actions for the possible constraints and obstacles.
- Regularly report the follow up issues, progressiveness to immediate boss and managements.
- Attend the management meeting.
- Manage and control the performance of Sales Executives and officers in department in response to the company objective. Guide, suggest, solve the problem and train the job to them in order to increase numbers of customer and sales volume.
- Support and encourage good atmosphere and safe work place. Build up the good spirit and attitude among employees. Create and maintain good image of the company.
- Select and retain high performance employees. Support and encourage employee to develop themselves.
- Continuously develop yourself, subordinates and responsibilities in order to increase your effectiveness and teamwork.
- Obey the company’s policy and disciplines. Being a good idol for subordinate, monitor them to behave properly and being under company’s policy and discipline
