Government plays a key role to ensure the implementation of
MSW source-separated classification. Coordination among crossjurisdictions
and inter-agencies, such as coordinating efforts and
exchanging information among different departments and NGOs
are crucial to the success of MSW source-separated classification.
In addition, the lack of funds, MSW collection facilities and public
education make it difficult for the implementation of MSW classification.
Therefore, new laws and regulations for a more efficient
MSW source-separated collection system should be established
and larger investment for waste classification infrastructures are
strongly recommended
