In February 2012, we shared an excel macro with some of the payroll teams, which can compare between two Full files. This is helpful in order to find out what has been changed on the Full file data from the last month. I am not sure if the macro was shared with your team at that time, and also, with time there have been a significant change in most of our global payroll teams, so we are sharing it again with you.

Please use it every month when you get a new Full file with the initiation to identify what data are deleted and what data are added to it comparing to the last month, I am sure this will make your job easier.
