Figure 8 and 9 show the results for BP measurements using
six different BP devices with the KRISS simulator. Fig. 8
corresponds to the condition of systolic pressure 120
mmHg/diastolic pressure 80 mmHg/pulse 75 and Fig. 9
corresponds to the condition of systolic pressure 150
mmHg/diastolic pressure 94 mmHg/pulse. Each data means
the average value for five measurements and error bar means
the standard deviation for each BP device. For each
measurement, the maximum pressure difference was 8 mmHg (for the condition of systolic pressure 120 mmHg/diastolic
pressure 80 mmHg/pulse 75). We speculated that this difference was due to the different algorithms of
BPsimulators adopted by each manufacturer to calibrate each
BP device.
