Job Purpose:
To greatly increase the business in terms of revenues and profits by engaging with internal traders, clients, and suppliers.
Essential Job Duties:
Promote Smith & Associates and its offerings
Develop and generate new business
Execute winning strategy for customer relationship development and sales
targets achievement
Work closely with sales partners to analyze market trends and establish sales strategies
Developing business opportunity and sales lead via different business channels
Identify, recruit and cultivate new channel partners
Strengthen existing business through regular customer and supplier reviews to identify new solution opportunities
Provide excellent sales and service support to customers
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the high tech manufacturing industry with direct industry experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences
Successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals
Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively
Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
