Coordination here consists in
managing actors on two levels: the
actors to be activated in the
network (e.g., management of
supplier relations, the different
channels of distribution) and the
local actors when the travel chain
is activated (management of
destination management relations,
hazard management). Although
coordination exists on two levels, it
has to be intensive, because it
enables the pivot to offer
customers the aggregation of
different products and services.
