Preparation
1. Cut the meet into strips, put in the bowl and add a bit of ketchup manis, light soy sauce and black pepper.
2. In the meantime bring water to boil and and cook the soba noodles.
3. Peel the carrots and cut them into bars; cut bok choy into slices. Wash the sprouts and drain them off.
4. Heat some oil on the wok and fry the meat, don’t burn it. When soft enough, put aside. Now fry the carrots; add a spoon of ketchup manis and chili flakes while frying, place aside again. Fry the bok choy with a spoon of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper, add the sprouts and mix.
5. Now place all the ingredients back in wok, mix them well and season if needed.
