3 points that I and K Darren would like you to focus:
1. Utilization dedicated must at 1.3 or 1.5 trips a day cannot be less, otherwise you need to charge your OTS dedicated on the Adhoc trip by minus their fixed cost
2. More load you give to ad-hoc trip will cost you fortune and it's not fair to the business after the fixed cost running on daily and with bad planning by giving more load to Adhoc will cost us almost double
3. Km per load must be determined by your transport team and not from truck driver. Otherwise your km travel very high and it does incur us high cost of each trip. Remember your Variable cost from your km travel affect the overall cost/ case
