And we have not yet established what the problem is. I can prove that I was not in Thailand for the period that I have been billed for. So, in my opinion, there are two sources of likely problems: firstly, the supply is not working according to my expectations or to the electricity board. Or secondly, someone is using my electricity supply without my knowledge and permission.
