The Chao Pho Thepharak-Chao Mae Thapthim Shrines is in the Pak Nam Pho area on the Nakhon Sawan-Chum Saeng road. According to the inscription on the shrine’s bell, this shrine was first built in traditional Thai wooden building in 1870 A.D and it was renovated in 1907 A.D. At present, The Chao Pho Thepharak-Chao Mae Thapthim Shrine is considered as one of the landmark of Nakhon Sawan province. It is consisted of 3 beautiful decorating buildings. In the front of the shrine is the newly built altar and chantry building. The original shrine is in the middle area and at the back is another newly built alters where the god and goddess statues are enshrined. The Ben Tou Gong god statue placed in the middle alter is the principle statue of the shrine. On the right side of Ben Tou Gong god alter is the the alter of Guan Gong god statue and on the left side is the alter of Chao Mae Taptim statue.
