Evaluation of crude extract of common bean and ultrafiltration
fraction for turbidity removal revealed that the most efficient was
the crude extract. Although lower than that of crude extract, the
highest coagulation activities of all fractions were close to this highest
obtained result. Efficiency of crude extract and fraction prepared
by ultrafiltration in turbidity removal were lower than those for
natural coagulants from the most efficient M. oleifera and other
plant materials
