Nowadays, plasma is very useful to producers in developing technology. Non-thermal plasma is high security. It is used in much works. [ 1] Particular, it can be applied to agriculture which is the main industry of Thailand. It is clean technology that saves the environment. Can be made in both atmospheric and vacuum pressure, it can be controlled in small size, to a micrometer, and can be controlled in room temperature to more than ten thousand celsius. It is easy to cause and apply in a small, portable form.[1,2,3]
In this research, a low-temperature atmospheric plasma source has been designed and developed using the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma production technique. The source is designed to have coaxial geometry. Generated using a DC power supply has many special properties; for example, the easy installation, the proper size of the equipment and the costs are low. Making non-thermal plasma is divided into 2 forms by the design of difference electrodes: planar electrode plasma and plasma jet. [1,4,5]
 From the research of dielectric barrier discharge plasma, using a DC power supply, and designing the tools of non-thermal plasma, the discharge level should be normal glow discharge at the atmospheric pressure. To get the result of the experiment it was necessary to modify many variable such as the gap, voltage, and gas flow rate to find the relation that was the cause of non-thermal plasma, and for developing the efficiency of non-thermal plasma.
