The participants described what they thought could help patients get better adherence to the treatment. One nurses talked about the importance of visiting patients in their home and that they would need more transportation to be able to do more visits. Some of the nurse also explained that it would be helpful if they could offer some food for the patients in combination with the medicine because the medication increases appetite. It was also described that daily communication between nurses and patients is helpful to increase compliance. One nurse believed that it could be helpful if patients who live far away from the centres could be offered accommodation in case of difficulties to reach the centres every day
