Dear Kanne,
Thank you for the detail. I concern about your stacking plan/ WH capacity and outbound loading location kub.
1. Dole’s peach re-canned is A12 which is apprx 4.5 kg per tin. Normally 1 Chep pallet contains 54 x 7 = 378 tins per pallet – 1.7 tons each.
a. Based on pallet weight, I don’t think you can stack more than 2 pallets. Or the 3rd pallet must be partial pallet only
b. Therefore, storage capacity should not go up 2200 pallets
c. Please also calculate walk-in space between every 2 pallets kub. This is for stock take purpose.
2. Outbound loading – there is no loading bay.
a. How do you plan to load outbound container?
b. In case pallets need to be moved outside for loading, would that create moist on product surface and rust?
c. Where do you plan to do sorting and buffing?
Please consider these factors and prepare. We will surely question your team in case we move to PCS.
