Stayed here for 3 nights, first time experience of capsule hotels. The staffs are friendly and speak decent English. You take off your shoes when you arrive and put these in a locker in the entrance. Then you check in and the reception gives you your locker key for your luggage and a key to enter the capsule part of the hotel. The lockers are very narrow but you can leave your big luggage at reception (limited space) or take them to your capsule bed. After you lock your stuff, you can access the shower and spa which I found very pleasant. There are several water spas and sauna rooms on the second floor with the Japanese showers on the first floor. There is a restaurant next to the showers which served a good variety of Japanese food and alcohol. Really enjoyed the restaurant after my shower and spa. Beds were comfy, clean and the capsules were fairly spacious. There is a TV, power socket and a bottle of water for you in the capsule. However, you cannot control the temperature in the capsule and it was a bit too warm on the first night. Understandably, people walk in and out and check in at late hours so there would be a fair amount of noise at night. I used earplugs and slept fine but if you aren't a very good sleeper, this could be an issue. Highly enjoyed all 3 nights of my stay and would recommend this capsule hotel especially for solo travelers.
