1 Best to take on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before meals, eg first thing when you get up in the morning.
2 For the first week mix 1 teaspoon with water or pure, sugar-free fruit juice, orange or apple, then increase to 2 teaspoons. Personally, I put the powder juice under my tongue, that is the best thing to do. When I get up I take it and go and do my thing - toilet, shower that would take me more than 20 mins, then I sit and have my breakfast. Breakfast is the important meal of the day.
It's food (whole food, that means it is closest to the natural food that you could get and have)
3 You can take it at any time as long as your stomach is empty. It means that you can have it 20 minutes before or 2 hours after meals or before you go to bed. It designed for the body to absorb and utilise as soon as you take it.
4 After you open it, keep it in the fridge, because Thailand has very high humidity, it will absorb the moisture from the air and go solid and go bad as it is a juice, made from young Barley.
As we talked before, it is important to understand how and what we eat. I hope it helps you as it helped me. We are getting older, the brakes are not very good!!! It's all downhill after age 40!
It is sad to hear one of us is passing away.
